Inflatable fridge and straw spoon
Fig. 14A 7 m inflatable fridge that housed a summer pop-up, and 10,000 injection moulded straw spoons to eat from.
BBT teamed up with SaySuco, a Kuwaiti açai and ice cream brand, for a summer pop-up. Two objects made it work.
The first was a straw spoon for the açai bowls. The brand supplied the 3D model; a mould was cut from it and 10,000 pieces were injection moulded in food grade polypropylene.
The second was the shop itself: a 7 m inflatable fridge, modelled with the kiosk inside so the team at the counter appeared to be serving from inside the fridge.
