Bearger character design

The character system behind Bearger: studies, turnarounds, renders and the themed drawings used across drops.

Before Bearger became a toy and a sculpture it was a character system. Head studies, full body poses and a turnaround sheet set how the bear reads at every angle, and how the burger layers separate and stack back.

Renders tested the character in 3D and in motion, including a short loop. From 2024 the character was redrawn for the restaurant's themed drops and seasonal moments, from a Korean and a Mexican edition to a birthday cake and a bouncy castle.
