A one of one figure for the Bahrain pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai, imagining an ancient collectible.

Made for an exhibition at the Bahrain pavilion of Expo 2020 Dubai. The question was what a collectible from Bahrain's ancient past might have looked like, and the answer was its oldest hero.

Gilgamesh stands on a mound of pearls, beard in rings, staff in hand, with cuneiform cut around the base. The figure is resin with a sandblasted stone finish. One was made.
